So what makes the difference in our stainless steel products?

Laser technology

All the stainless steel cut-outs are made with laser technology. This ensures detailed precision, the narrowest heat-affected zones and spot-on accuracy around the item which further reduces the risk of metal fatigue, warping and delamination. With laser technology we are able to produce products with higher consistency and accuracy compared to hand made products.

No hammering shapes!

Deep drawing involves the use of a metal dice to form blank sheets of metal into a desired shape.  We do not use hammers or mallets to shape the metal.  This causes metal fatigue and changes the thickness of the sheet metal, decreasing the strength of the product at the end.  Deep drawing and annealing also reduses the need to weld components together.  Less welding means more hygienic products that will last longer. Deep drawing produces products that are significantly stronger and lighter.

Robot welding

There is no comparing robot welding with hand welding. Robot welding consists of two actions, welding by a computer and managing/handling of the product by robot during the welding process. Robot welding provides much higher consistency and repeatability of welds which is not achievable with hand welding.

The combination of laser cutting, deep drawing and annealing and robot welding ensures that the joins of all our products are made with the highest quality standards possible.  It is often these areas which causes problems such as bacteria formation through inconsistent hand assembled products that can cause serious losses for companies, never mind even law suits.

Water Conservation & Quality Assurance

WC Pans consume up to 90 percent of water usage in commercial buildings. New technology has been introduced to produce a new range that delivers high performance and aesthetically pleasing designs, and reduce water consumption up to 60%.

Apart from the standard range of products listed below, we can manufacture custom made products for difficult applications for example special toilets for use in trains, busses etc.

Each WC pan is pickled and passivized to prevent corrosion on welds.
