CB102: Auto flush urinal specification

Stainless steel curved back trough urinal :Franke Model CB102 (automatic flushing) variable lengths (please specify). Unit to manufactured from Grade 304 (18/10) Stainless Steel. Urinal to be supplied with built- in tipping tank and a 12 mm adjustable drip cock (inlet) which controls the automatic flushing of the urinal at regular intervals. Outlet to be situated on the left, or right, or centre (please specify) of the urinal with a 102 mm removable domical grating and to include a built in threaded plate. The urinal to be supplied with a tiling key to the sides and rear walls. The back to be fully sound deadened with vermin proof bitumastic material.

CB101: Manual urinal with flush valve specification

Stainless steel curved back trough urinal : Franke Model CB101 (flush valve) in variable lengths (please specify). The unit is manufactured from Grade 304 (18/10) Stainless Steel. The trough  urinal is supplied with a concealed sparge pipe and a 22 mm inlet with chrome plated conex fitting for connecting to high level cistern or urinal flush valve . Outlet is situated on the left, or right, or centre (please specify when ordering) of the urinal with a 102 mm removable domical grating and to include a built- in threaded plate. The urinal is supplied with a tiling key to the sides and rear walls. The back to be fully sound deadened with vermin proof bitumastic Material.  The flush mechanism to be used is the Walcro 550URV 20mm BSP. (optional)

CB101 Manual flush curved back urinal models

The TU101 and the CB101 trough urinals are manual flush.  You need a flush valve, such as the 550URV to flush the system manually.  Note that units longer than 1830 mm require 2 flush valves as they will have two inlets. In essence this makes the manual flush units more expensive than autoflush units such as the TU102 and CB102.
